Surgery

Hovingham is very fortunate to have its own GP Surgery, part of the larger Ampleforth Surgery. Appointments can be booked using their online bookings system or by phone at Hovingham (01653)-628203 or Ampleforth (01439)-788215 for Hovingham or Ampleforth surgeries. The surgery has its own pharmacy and issues prescribed medicines either from stock or normally the next day.

Please note that if you are a patient of the Ampleforth/Hovingham Surgeries that you may be are entitled to use transport to and from the surgery and hospital appointments free of charge.
